Take part in a stress reduction day in the Calanques National Park. Thanks to effective, simple and reproducible techniques, the synergy generated with scuba diving will accentuate the beneficial effects of attentive and controlled breathing.

Mindful Dive© DAY, a one-day professional course on stress reduction and well-being.

Scuba diving is a sport whose many stress-reducing effects contribute to a calmer mind and a healthier body.

Combined with specific breathing exercises, you will learn to reduce your stress, your fatigue and even the psychological pain that assails you on a daily basis.

This experience initiated by the Aquadomia Centre will provide each participant with the necessary red thread, the soothing and reassuring tempo that gradually leads to refocusing attention on the Breath.

Scuba diving in synergy with all these breathing exercises will accentuate the perceptible effects of a Body & Mind refocusing.

You will participate in an unforgettable experience, but more than that, in the beginning of a new state of Being. That of the Breath, generator of calm, inner balance, psychological appeasement. Through a simple breathing practice, you will rediscover the distance that is essential to your life.
