During your Discover Scuba Diving initiation day - Discover Scuba Diving - Marseille Parc des Calanques with a day of activity at sea (with an appointment generally at 8h10 port of the red tip in the southern districts of Marseille) you will discover the underwater breathing and the beauty of the underwater world of Creek National Park and underwater fauna and flora. You will make two dives, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

You discover a unique experience to live! Once you have passed a mild, natural apprehension, breathing underwater will become second nature. Fish such as SarsCranberries and sauces will come to meet you, while you will discover starfish, sea cucumbers, seaweed like the codium similar to a rugby ball.

Before your initiation dive, you will have a clear briefing to know how to make the most of this first exceptional experience. Explanations on the signs, the use of the fins, the balancing of the pressures in the ears by pinching the nose, the route envisaged to discover the magnificent underwater depths of the National Park of the Calanques, you will be taken care of from A to Z!

During your introduction to diving, we will also teach you essential gestures such as preparing your equipment, knowing how to adopt an adequate position and an effective palmage, knowing how to remove and put back your mouthpiece under water, knowing how to empty a diving mask, knowing how to ensure your safety on the surface by inflating your life jacket. This way your second dive in the afternoon will be a real guided underwater exploration.
