Excerpt from the FREE "Learn to Dive - Tips and Tricks" Dive Guide

"How to ventilate while diving ? The best thing is not to think about it because generally when you think about it, that's where problems can arise, especially if you try to save air you can get headaches because of a bad elimination of CO2. Also be careful not to have a too strong respiratory amplitude because there it does not facilitate the balancing and also it is a risk near the surface to amplify the risk of pulmonary overpressure!

So try to breathe underwater as naturally as possible!

I'll try to break down the technique and I'll say that the best way to breathe is to breathe as you are!

But above all, breathe at a comfortable minimum volume! "
