Freediving initiation day - Discover with friends, colleagues or family the basics of freediving, and the underwater world as you have never seen it before.
Prerequisite: Good physical shape, mastery of mask and snorkel fins, be at least 14 years old. It is advisable to be comfortable with the aquatic environment.

During your training for the day, you will discover all aspects of breathing and freediving.
This day of initiation is the ideal formula to discover apnea in the idyllic setting of the Leave the calanques. You will experience an underwater sport combining apnea and exploration of the underwater world. You will discover the fundamentals of apnea: breathing, ventilation, propulsion and release.
Exploration on zone, evolution on the surface, observation and immersion at the depth of your choice according to your level.
