Then the Sidemount diving course is exactly what you are looking for.
Nicknamed "English Dive", the sidemount or lateral assembly allows thanks to a combined harness + specific buoy equipment to carry the bottles to the side, making the valves easily accessible and relieving the back strongly set to Wrong in a classic setup.
The essential advantage is therefore the quasi absence of dorsal load, resulting in greater fluidity and better control of balance. Hydrodynamics can paradoxically seem to be improved, but above all it is the sensation of comfort that suprendra you in relation to a dorsal configuration: you will even get used very quickly to use your bottles like armrests!
This training is available from PE20 or Level 1 and is carried out over two days.
