Instructor Training TEK Nitrox and Deco procedures: the objective of the course is to train instructors to teach the planning and execution of standard decompression procedures with nitrox or even 02 pure mixtures. The most common requirements and equipment configurations, techniques and decompression mixes are presented. Candidates are allowed to use nitrox and pure oxygen for decompression provided they respect the prerogatives of their current certification.

TEK Instructor Training Advanced Nitrox and Deco procedures – pre-requisites: Experienced Tek nitrox instructor (OWSI, MF, BE, DE) in the practice of Tek diving with decompression and advanced nitrox, having certified 10 nitrox students and 10 deep specialty students. You must present a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of diving on arrival. A sports or hyperbaric doctor or federal doctor is sufficient.

TEK Instructor Training Advanced Nitrox and Deco procedures, to allow you to work as TEK Monitor All over the world. You will learn how to animate training TDI Advanced Nitrox and Deco procedures.

The price of your instructor training TEK Advanced Nitrox and Deco private course procedures includes

Program your instructor Training TEK Advanced Nitrox and deco procedures private lessons

  1. Before diving correct analysis of mixtures, labelling and consignment in the register.
  2. Perform dive planning and analysis (including risk assessment)
    • Plan depths and time limits by taking into account the capabilities of divers, their consumption and the conditions, the limits of exposure to oxygen.
    • Determine nitrogen-related limits including non-deco boundary and PEA
    • Assembly of the equipment carried
  3. Perform dives according to planning
    • Correct descent and lift speeds
    • Properly made decompression bearings
    • Efficient management of Deco equipment (tables, computers, regulators, bottles, etc.)
  4. Emergency Situations and problem solving (if necessary by the trainer).
    • Decompression omitted
    • Past dive time leading to longer Deco and recalculating
    • Inability to send landing parachute
    • Loss of the Deco line or the Anchorage line
  1. Each dive maintains a bearing of at least three minutes, or required bearings
  2. Dismantle the sending of a landing parachute with a reel
  3. Perform a tip exchange (simulated) at constant depth and without exceeding the depth of 30mètres.
  4. Perform a pass on emergency relief or emergency block containing a melting mixture at a maximum depth of 30 meters.
  5. Disassemble proper use and management of the melt mixture, the deco mixture and, where applicable, the transit mixture including (but not limited to):
    • Secure Inventory Management
    • Depth control so as not to go down beyond the PMU
    • Control of the balance throughout the dive.
